11. Disclaimers

Vizon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizon disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizon and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continued use of Vizon after updated Terms become effective means the updated Terms apply to your use of the service.
